Minding the Waves provides experiential education to people and businesses who are interested in finding new ways to lower stress and handle many of life’s challenges life though mindfulness, meditation and compassion. My life’s purpose is to provide compassionate instruction in mindfulness practices to all members of the world’s communities. Laurie Hallihan is a University of California, San Diego Certified Mindful Based Stress Reduction teacher and a Certified Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness teacher and a mindfulness and compassion mentor. Laurie is also a teacher in training at the Center of Mindful Self Compassion with Dr. Kristin Neff and Dr. Christopher Germer. Minding the Waves offers in person and virtual group classes, individual mentoring and classes in the workplace.
